TAS-Com will become the principal item of your business process. VoIP, respectively telephony by LAN, is the local version of global telephony by Internet. The transfer of voice simply marks another service within your network (LAN). The voice will be digitized, packed up into “voice packets” and sent via your local network. This is IP-telephony or Voice-over-IP, because you use the Internet- Protocol (IP) for data transmission.

TAS-Com transfers data and voice via one and the same line. Whether it is a call or a data file, the data packets were routed regardless of contents to its destination.

  • There are still contract obligations for the old-established equipment, unless you want to use VoIP!
  • TAS-Com may also be connected to any conventional telecommunication switch by ISDN or analogue adaptors. An extension of one or more new terminals is possible at any time and delivers from prospective dependency immediately.
  • How can I increase efficiency?
  • Particularly, you can save valuable time! Everybody has access on his personal mailbox from everywhere. Callers will be transferred to the desired department by voice announcements, home office can be integrated without any problems, conferences can take place in all variations ….
